A valid receipt proves the seller signed this file hash and, if countersigned, that the buyer signed that it arrived. It proves the file arrived, not that it was any good.

did:web keys are fetched from the key owner's site over HTTPS; did:key needs no network. The code is /lib/wayreceipt.js.
